The fee is for the visit, not the result.
Our fees pay for a physician's time and a careful review. They're the same whatever the decision. State fees are separate and go to the state.

We never offer
- Guaranteed approval or "your money back if denied"
- Discounts, coupons or prizes tied to certification
- "Instant" or "same-day" cards: the state issues cards
- Packages that pay for more than one visit up front
Why no refunds tied to outcome? If our fee depended on the answer, the answer could look bought. A flat fee keeps the physician's judgement free.
