- Quality
Nothing leaves until every result is in.
Our quality system covers every batch, from incoming material to release: what we test, the limit each result must meet, who signs, and the records we keep.
Five stations, and a way back.
If any result falls outside its limit, the batch stops and an investigation starts. It only moves on when the cause is found and fixed.
Tested before use
Every incoming material is quarantined and tested against its specification first.
Every one against a limit
Chemistry, microbiology and physical tests, each with a written limit.
Signed, then kept
Records and retained samples are kept beyond the batch's expiry.
