Is my gift tax deductible?
Gifts of $2 or more to our gift fund are tax deductible in Australia. If you get something back, like a lunch or a raffle ticket, it isn't a gift. The form tells you which is which before you pay.
What's on my receipt?
Our name and ABN, that it's for a gift, the amount and the date. Monthly givers get one receipt for the financial year, each July, and can download it any time.
Do you use street or phone fundraisers?
No. If someone says they're collecting for us, they should be able to show a letter with our name and contact details; call us to check.
How do I stop a monthly gift?
From Your gift, or call us. It stops straight away and we won't try to talk you out of it.
