Is the gold really recycled?
Yes. Our gold is refined in Perth from old jewellery and electronics, then alloyed to 9ct or 18ct. It is chemically identical to newly mined gold.
Why lab-grown diamonds?
They are real diamonds, grown rather than mined, with a known origin. We grade every stone ourselves and send the report with the piece.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Choose your best guess and we'll post a free ring sizer first. Resizing is free in the first year.
How long does made to order take?
Three to six weeks, depending on the piece. We tell you the date when you order, and we keep to it.
Can I return a piece?
Unworn pieces without engraving can come back within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is on us.
