Arrived broken?
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a new one straight away.
When will my order arrive?
Order by 1pm on a weekday and it leaves that day. Plants ordered on Thursday or Friday leave on Monday, so they never spend a weekend in a depot.
Why can't plants go to WA, TAS or the NT?
Those states have strict biosecurity rules for live plants and soil. Pots, cans and tonic travel everywhere.
What's the packaging made of?
Recycled card, paper tape and wood wool. All of it can go in your recycling or compost.
Can I send a plant as a gift?
Yes. Add a note at checkout and we'll handwrite it on a card. Prices never go in the box.
What if nobody's home?
Leave safe-place instructions at checkout. Plants are fine in their box for a day, out of direct sun.
Do you take back nursery pots?
Yes. Drop them at the greenhouse door and we'll clean and reuse them.
