Medicare rebates for GP telehealth usually need a face-to-face visit with the same practice in the past 12 months, or MyMedicare registration with it. As an online-only practice, most of our appointments are private fees, shown before you book. Exempt services, like sexual and reproductive health or care for babies under 12 months, are bulk billed.
Emergencies, chest pain, severe injuries, and anything the doctor needs to examine in person. If that's you, call 000 or see a doctor in person; if we find out during a consult, we won't charge for it.
Our doctors prescribe only after a real-time consult, and only when it's clinically appropriate. We don't start Schedule 8 or other drugs of dependence for new patients by telehealth.
With your consent we send your regular GP a short summary after each appointment, so your care stays joined up.
Book the next time or choose your own. You'll get a text with the link and a reminder before it starts.
