Vela is a small studio in Paddington for weddings, events and lessons. We come to you on the morning, plan it to the minute, and leave you with a touch-up kit for the rest of the day.

Your morning, worked backwards.
Tell us when the ceremony starts and how many of you there are. We'll plan back from there, so the bride is finished an hour before.

Do I need a trial?
For weddings, yes: it's included. We try your look, check how it wears and photograph it in daylight.
What if I have sensitive skin?
Tell us when you book. We'll bring products for sensitive skin and can patch test anything new.
How early will you arrive?
Your run sheet says exactly when. For three bridesmaids and a 2pm ceremony, we'd start around 8:45.
