A doctor with time, and nothing to sell.
Harlow is a telehealth clinic for adults living with long-term conditions who want a careful review of their treatment. Real-time appointments, a letter to your GP every time, and a doctor who may decide no new treatment is right.
- First appointments are 40 minutes, by live video
- No pharmacy, supplier or manufacturer pays us
- Your GP gets a letter after every appointment
Four sections, no shortcuts.
The same way, for every patient, every time. If something doesn't fit, the doctor will tell you, and you won't be charged for an appointment that can't go ahead.
- Before we meet
A referral from your GP helps. With your consent we ask your GP for your records, so the doctor starts from your history.
- A real appointment
Forty minutes by live video, or phone if video won't work. Never a form, never a chat, never minutes.
- The doctor's decision
You can tell us what you've read. The decision is clinical and made with you, and it can be no change at all.
- After, with your GP
A letter to your GP every time, follow-ups booked, and side effects taken seriously and reported to the TGA.
Who pays us. In writing.
A clinic that's paid by the people who make or sell treatments has a reason to recommend them. We're paid by patients, for appointments, and by no one else. Prescriptions go to any pharmacy you choose.

Ask us, and ask them.
Good questions to put to any telehealth clinic, with our answers.
Will I see a doctor in real time?
Yes. Every appointment is live video or phone with a doctor registered in Australia. Nothing is decided from a form.
AlwaysHow long is the first appointment?
Forty minutes. Follow-ups are twenty. If it needs longer, it takes longer.
40 minAre you tied to a pharmacy?
No. We don't own one, refer to one, or take payments from one. Your prescription works at any pharmacy.
No tiesCan I ask for a particular treatment?
You can tell us what you've read and what you'd like to try. The doctor decides with you, and may suggest something else, or nothing new.
Not on requestAre there packages, subscriptions or discounts?
No. You pay for each appointment at the same fee as everyone else.
NoneFlat fees, per appointment.
Private fees, shown before you book. Medicare rebates usually don't apply to telehealth with a clinic you haven't seen in person.
History, your records, options and a plan, with a letter to your GP.
How it's going, side effects, and whether to change anything.
After every appointment, with your consent. Always included.
Before you book.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
What if I have a side effect?
Will I keep seeing my own GP?
What if the doctor says no?
Forty minutes, with the full picture.
Book a first appointment and we'll ask your GP for your records before we meet. You'll see the fee before you confirm.
