Most removalists only insure their trucks. We're no different, so if your things are worth more than you could replace yourself, consider transit insurance before moving day. Ask us for our certificate of currency.
We never hold your things for more money. The price on your written quote is the price, unless you add items or change the job, and we'll tell you before we do.

Do I get a written quote?
Yes, always: itemised, with the rate, the minimum, the depot fee and what's included, before you pay anything.
How much do I pay upfront?
Nothing. Your written quote holds the date, and you pay when the job's done, never part-way through. Be wary of any mover who asks for money upfront.
Do you store furniture?
Yes: $65 a week for a 6 m³ storage module, charged weekly, with 7 days' notice to collect. No extra fee to put things in or take them out.
What won't you move?
Gas bottles, petrol, paint, pool chemicals and anything flammable. Please empty the mower's fuel tank the day before.
Do you charge card surcharges?
No. Surcharges on eftpos, Mastercard and Visa ended in October 2026, and we didn't charge them before that either.
