Before you send it.
Will anyone know what's in the parcel?
No. The label shows your name and address and our return address only. The box is plain and sealed.
What if I'm not home?
Every delivery needs a signature. If you're out, the courier leaves a card and takes it to a secure locker or back to us, and we text you to rebook.
Can my doctor send the script straight to you?
Yes. Prescribers can send eScripts or paper scripts to us directly; we'll text you when it arrives and before we dispense.
How much will it cost?
We tell you the total, including delivery, before we dispense, and you pay in your account. There's nothing to pay until you confirm.
