Choose a ceremony time and the rest follows. Music stops at 11pm and everyone's away by 11:30pm, for the neighbours.

Straight answers.

What if we need to cancel?

Tell us in writing. Your deposit is refunded less our actual costs if we rebook the date; payments after the deposit are refunded on a sliding scale in your contract. If we cancel, everything comes back.

Are there any surcharges?

Only a public holiday surcharge of 10%, shown in the quote as soon as you pick a public holiday. No card surcharges.

Can we bring our own wine?

No, but you can choose the wines on the list, and our staff serve them responsibly under RSA.

Is the venue accessible?

The Glasshouse is step-free from the car park with a hearing loop and an accessible toilet. Each space's access details are above.
