Consultation
Forty-five minutes with a doctor or nurse practitioner: your health, your medicines, your reasons and your expectations.
Time to think
We write it all down and give you at least a week before any first treatment.
Treatment
With the practitioner you met, if you decide to go ahead.
Review
A check two to six weeks later, included.

A pause, on purpose.
At least a week between your consultation and a first treatment. Questions in between are welcome, and changing your mind is fine.

What's involved, and what could go wrong.
Every treatment card shows risks and downtime as clearly as what it does. Prices are from, after a consultation.
Superficial peel
from $180- A mild acid solution on the outer layer
- Usually a course of three to six
- Redness and flaking for two to five days
- Sun protection for at least a week
- Irritation, blistering or pigment changes
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with some medicines
Laser for redness
from $290- Light energy aimed at small blood vessels in the middle layer
- Usually two to four sessions
- Redness and swelling for one to three days
- Possible bruising for up to a week
- Burns, blistering or pigment changes
- Rarely, scarring; darker skin types need extra care

Why can't I book a treatment straight away?
Because a good decision needs a consultation first, and time to think. Your consultation includes a written plan with risks, downtime and costs.
Do you treat people under 18?
Not for cosmetic reasons.
Will you show before-and-after photos?
Not on our website. At your consultation we can show real, unedited examples, with permission, and explain that results vary.
Can I pay in instalments?
We don't offer finance or payment plans for cosmetic treatments.
