I came for the fitness and stayed for the 6am crew. Six months in and I still can't believe I box.

Questions

Asked at the door.

I've never boxed. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most members started at Fundamentals with no experience. The coach splits the room by level, so you'll never be thrown in with fighters.

Will I get hit?

Only if you want to. Fundamentals and Fight Fit are no contact: you hit bags and pads. Sparring is by invitation after twelve classes, always coached.

What should I bring?

Water, trainers and gym clothes. We lend gloves and wraps for your first month; after that a pair of your own is around $60.

How fit do I need to be?

Fit enough to walk in. Every drill has an easier and a harder version, and you can sit out a round whenever you need to.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Unlimited is billed weekly and stops the week you cancel. No exit fees, no phone calls.
