New: pots you can share with housemates

Money, sorted into little pots.

Mallow splits your pay into pots for bills, food, fun and saving the moment it lands. One look tells you what's safe to spend today, and nothing ever nags.

What Mallow does

Gentle with you. Strict with the numbers.

Mallow does the sums in the background and shows you the answer in plain words. You stay in charge; it just keeps things tidy.

See what's safe to spend.

One number each morning: what's left once bills and savings are set aside. Spend it and you're fine. Leave some and it rolls into tomorrow.

Save without thinking about it.

Switch on a habit and Mallow quietly moves the money for you.

Set aside this month$30.40

Bills, handled before they're due.

Mallow learns your regular bills and keeps their money to one side.

Nudges, never nagging.

A short check-in once a week, and a heads-up only when something changes. No red numbers, no guilt.

How it works

Three steps, then it mostly runs itself.

  1. 1

    Connect your bank

Mallow can see your balance and what you spend. It can't move money anywhere without you.

  2. 2

    Pick your pots

Start with ours (bills, food, fun and saving) or make your own, then choose what each gets on payday.

  3. 3

    Spend what's safe

Each morning you get one number. If it's there, it's yours to spend. That's the whole trick.

In their words

Less worrying, more knowing.

Questions

Good questions, plain answers.

Is my money safe?

Your money stays in your own bank. Mallow has read-only access, so it can see balances and transactions but can't move or spend anything.

Do I need to change banks?

No. Mallow works alongside the bank you already use. Pots are a way of looking at your money, not separate accounts.

What happens if I overspend a pot?

Nothing scary. Mallow tops it up from your safe-to-spend money and tells you once, kindly. No fees, no red warnings.

Can I use it with my partner?

Yes. On the Together plan you can share any pot and keep the rest private. You each see the same numbers for the pots you share.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, in two taps. You can download your history first, and we delete everything else within 30 days.

Start with one pot. Add the rest when you're ready.

Three months free, then from $4 a month. Set it up in about five minutes.
