Friendly grey cat, red collar with a bell, no tag. Been on our porch since last night. Fed and inside now.

Found: grey cat with a red collar, Kestrel Street Reunited #lost-found #pets
Looks like the one on the Banksia Ave poster from Sunday. Shared to the street group.
That's Mochi! She's ours. On my way, thank you so much.

Dripping kitchen tap and a toilet that runs. Not urgent. Who have you used that turned up when they said?
We used a local one last month for a hot water service. On time, quoted up front, cleaned up. I'll message you the name.
Before you call anyone: the toilet's often just the flapper valve. A few dollars at the hardware shop.
It was the flapper. Fixed for $8. Still need someone for the tap.
