What we help with

Everyday care that works on a screen.

If you need to be examined in person, the doctor will say so, and you won't pay for an appointment we can't finish.

Everyday GP appointments

Colds, infections, rashes you can show on camera, sleep, travel advice and the things you'd see your GP about.

Scripts and repeats

Only after a real-time appointment, never from a form. The eScript goes to your phone for any pharmacy.

Certificates

Work, study or carer's certificates for the days the doctor can confirm, emailed as a PDF.

Referrals and tests

Pathology and imaging requests and specialist referrals, sent to you and, with your consent, to your GP.

Medicare rebates GP telehealth when you've seen the practice face to face in the past 12 months, or registered with it through MyMedicare, with some exemptions. As an online practice, most of our appointments are private.

What can't you help with by video?

Emergencies, chest pain, trouble breathing or serious injuries: call 000. Anything that needs a physical examination or a procedure. We also don't start Schedule 8 medicines or other drugs of dependence by telehealth.

Will my regular GP know?

If you'd like them to. With your consent we send a short summary after each appointment, so your care stays joined up.

What if the video drops?

The doctor rings the mobile you gave us and finishes the appointment by phone. You don't need to rebook.

Can I choose my doctor?

Yes. Book with the same doctor again from your appointments, or take the next free time with any of our GPs.
