Can't find a time that suits?
Call us. We hold a few appointments each day for new injuries and keep a cancellation list.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Reply C to your confirmation text, or call us. Please give us 24 hours' notice if you can't make it. Late cancellations may be charged half the fee.
Do I need a referral?
Not to book. You'll need a GP referral to claim Medicare, DVA or workers compensation; bring it to your first visit.
Is it a workers comp or CTP claim?
Choose it under "How will you pay?" and bring your claim number. We'll check the approval with the insurer before your first visit.
