After the visit

Your notes, program and next steps are in one place, and every practitioner here can see them.

A full 45 minutes

Every first physio visit is 45 minutes, so there's time to listen, assess and explain.

Plain English

We explain what's going on and why, and check it makes sense before you leave.

Exercises for home

A short program with videos, sized to the time you actually have.

Honest referrals

If physio isn't the right fit, we'll say so and point you to your GP or the right person.

How care moves

We keep checking, and adjust as you go.

Every plan has review points. If things aren't moving the way we expected, we reassess, change the plan or refer you on.

01 · You decide

Your goals set the plan

Walking the dog, a first 10k or lifting a grandchild. We plan around what you want to get back to.

02 · Review points

Checked, not assumed

We measure where you are at set points and talk through what we see, good or not.

03 · Your call

Pause or stop any time

No packages or prepaid blocks. Book one visit at a time, and stop when you're ready.

Questions

Things people ask before a first visit.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book physiotherapy, exercise physiology and podiatry directly. You'll need a GP referral to claim Medicare (with a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan), DVA or workers compensation.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in. For legs, bring shorts; for necks and shoulders, a singlet. We have gowns and private rooms.

Can I claim on my health fund?

Yes, on the spot with HICAPS if you have extras cover. How much you get back depends on your fund and level of cover.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on you and what's going on. We'll give you an honest idea at the first visit and review it as we go. There are no packages to buy.

Do you see children?

Yes. Our physios see teenagers with sports injuries, and our podiatrist sees children's feet. Under 18s come with a parent or guardian.

Is there parking?

Two-hour parking on Esplanade Lane, a free council car park behind the building, and a lift from the ground floor.
