Lost a mate or a child? Meet at the info tent by the Hilltop. Under-18s get a wristband with the adult's mobile on it.
Heat and cold. Days can be hot and nights drop below 10°C. Hat, sunscreen, water, and a warm layer after dark.

Can I get a refund?
If we cancel the festival, yes: a full refund, booking fees included. Otherwise you can resell at the price you paid on our official exchange.
What if the weather's bad?
We run in most weather. If we have to stop for safety, we'll tell you here and by text, and explain what happens next.
Is there a fee to resell?
No. You get back the price you paid, booking fee included, when your ticket sells.
