What you pay, what happens if plans change, and what to expect.
The total includes GST, cleaning and Victoria's 7.5% short stay levy, which applies to stays of under 28 nights in places like ours (not hotels or motels). No booking fees and no card surcharges.
Full refund up to 14 days before check-in, half up to 7 days before, none after that or if you don't arrive. The calendar shows the exact dates for your stay. If we cancel, you get everything back.
The Miner's Cottage is step-free from the car with a roll-in shower and a ceiling hoist. Every room's measurements are on the cottages page. Tell us what you need; we'll do what we can.
Always, in both cottages, at no charge. We don't take pets.
Up to four guests in the Miner's Cottage, two (plus two on the sofa bed) in the Bathhouse. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am.
Your name, contact details and dates, to manage your booking. We never sell them, and we only email you about other stays if you ask us to.
