Weather, refunds and questions.
The answers people need before they book, and the morning of.
Before you book.
What if the weather's bad?
We decide by 5 pm the day before and text you. If we cancel, you choose another day or a full refund, including the reef tax. If we go and you'd rather not, the usual 48-hour policy applies.
Can I cancel?
Full refund up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours, move once to another date, free. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply as well.
What if not enough people book?
Each date runs with 15 or more. If yours doesn't, we'll tell you at least 48 hours before, and you choose another date or a full refund.
I have a medical condition. Can I snorkel?
Usually, yes, with the right support. Answer the snorkeller check, tell the crew on board, and ask your doctor first if you're unsure. Introductory dives have stricter medical questions.
Is the boat accessible?
The gangway and main deck are step-free, and there's an accessible toilet. Tell us when you book and we'll help you in and out of the water with the platform.
Do you charge card surcharges?
No. Surcharges on eftpos, Mastercard and Visa ended in October 2026, and we didn't charge them before that.
The reef tax, explained.
Paid by every visitor on a tourism trip in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park, and spent on looking after the reef.
For trips of three hours or more. It rises to $9.00 from 1 April 2027.
And anyone who's already paid it to another operator that day.
See you on the reef.
Pick a date, tell us who's coming, and we'll send everything you need for the morning.
