What if we need to cancel?
Tell us in writing. Your deposit is refunded less our actual costs if we rebook the date. Later payments are refunded on the sliding scale in your contract, which we'll walk you through before you sign. If we cancel, you get everything back.
What surcharges are there?
Only 10% on public holidays, shown in the quote the moment you pick one. No card surcharges.
Can we have a drinks package longer than five hours?
No. Five hours keeps everyone safe, and our staff serve responsibly under RSA. Water and soft drinks are always free.
Can we visit?
Yes: Saturday mornings by appointment, or any weekday.
