CostsIn writing first

A fixed fee, or an estimate if it can't be fixed.

Is the first meeting really free?
Yes: 20 minutes to work out what you need and what it'll cost. If it's simple, that may be all you need.
Do I need a lawyer to buy a house?
No; a licensed conveyancer can do it too. We're worth it when the contract is unusual or the deal is complicated.
What if it's not your area?
We'll say so and point you to someone whose area it is.
