What's built in

1. 01

Featured homes as Folio plates, each dressed from the house itself (ground, display face, button)

2. 02

Play a day of sun: the drawn house, its shadow and the light through every window move hour by hour, for June, March or December

3. 03

Day and dusk frames: the same drawing at dusk with the lights on

4. 04

Every listing drawn in CSS and SVG: street view, living room, kitchen, main bedroom and site plan, from the house's own materials

5. 05

Measured floor plans in SVG with furniture, dimensions, a compass and calculated winter sun hours

6. 06

Buy and rent search with suburb, type, price, bedrooms and sort, kept in the address bar, plus a drawn coast map with linked pins

7. 07

Open homes with Add to calendar (.ics made in the browser, Sydney time, one-hour reminder)

8. 08

Enquiry form, repayment estimate (clearly an estimate, not advice) and an honest suburb profile

9. 09

Four-step appraisal request that drafts the seller's home as they answer

10. 10

Team page with portrait placeholders, property management fees as lettered options, labelled sample reviews
