Your home, estimated.
A range to plan and talk to your lender with. The site visit firms it up; the contract fixes it.
What might it cost?
Build it up
An estimate to plan with, not a quote. Your fixed-price contract lists every inclusion, and any provisional sums (an allowance for work we can't price until we see it) with their amounts.
In every estimate
- Site costs for a level, clear block
- Council or certifier approvals
- A mid-range kitchen, bathrooms and flooring
- Driveway, letterbox and clothesline
- GST
Provisional sums, explained. Some things can't be priced until we dig, like rock or extra footings. Your contract lists each one with an allowance and how any difference is worked out, so there's no surprise bill.
No "from" prices. Our fixed price is for your house on your block, with your choices, not a display home.
About the numbers.
Why a range, not a price?
Because your block matters: its slope, soil and access. After a site visit, a soil test and a survey, we'll give you a fixed price.
Will my bank accept this?
Lenders want a fixed-price contract to approve a construction loan. Use this to know your budget; we'll provide the contract when you're ready.
What changes the price most?
Size, finish, and the block. A sloping or bushfire-prone block can add tens of thousands; we'll tell you at the site visit.
Let's walk your block.
A free site visit, then a written estimate within a week. A fixed-price contract only when you're ready.
