Five stones, in order.
Care for any long-term condition is built over time. Here's what to expect, and what we won't do.
Talk to your family doctor
YouAsk for a referral, or for your records to be shared with us. No family doctor? Book anyway and we'll plan how to share your care.
An assessment
HarbourlightForty-five minutes: your history, what you've already tried, your medicines (we check your PharmaNet record) and a standard screen for substance-use risk.
A decision, together
Harbourlight, with youWe go through the possible benefits and risks, including driving and safety-sensitive work. Cannabis may be right for you, or not. Either way we write to your family doctor.
