HL·20 Registering

Your document, their checks.

If we provide a medical document, you register with a federally licensed seller. Here's what's in the document and what happens next.

What a medical document must contain, under section 273 of the Cannabis Regulations.
PartWhat it says
The practitionerName, profession, business address and phone, the province they practise in and their registration number

From the day you first register with a seller. We review before it ends.

We don't choose your seller. Health Canada publishes the list of licensed sellers for medical purposes. Compare them yourself; we have no ties to any of them.
HL·21 Step by step

Three steps, three checks.

Step 01 · You

Choose a seller

From Health Canada's list. You'll fill in their registration form with your name, date of birth, address and where to ship.

Step 02 · Harbourlight

We send the original

Sellers need the original medical document, not a copy. We send it directly, and confirm it when they call to check.

Step 03 · The seller

They register you

The seller checks the document and our registration, then registers you and gives you a registration document and number.
