Are you taking new patients?
Yes. Book online as a new patient or call us. It helps to arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so we can set up your file. What to bring.
Do you bulk bill?
We bulk bill children under 16, concession card holders and DVA card holders. For everyone else there's a fee, and Medicare pays part of it back to your bank account, usually the same day. (Sample policy.)
Can I see the same doctor each time?
We hope so. Seeing the same GP over time usually makes care easier. Each doctor's days are on their profile, and you can book them directly.
What if I need to be seen today?
Call us when we open. We keep some appointments free each day for things that can't wait. In an emergency, call 000.
Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Of course. There are books and toys in the waiting room, and you can book back-to-back appointments for the family.
