Coaches · four on the floor

Real coaches. Real names.

Every class at Headland is run by a qualified coach who learns your name, your goals and your dodgy knee in the first week. No rotating casuals, no screens telling you what to do.

How we coach

Three promises.

  1. Scaled to you.

Every movement has an easier and a harder version. You'll never be the only one doing the easy one.

  2. Numbers kept.

Your lifts and times are logged, so we can tell you when you've improved before you notice.

  3. Pain is a stop sign.

Sore is fine. Pain means we change the exercise, and refer you to a physio if it needs one.
