What would it cost?
Example rates. Payroll tax and workers compensation vary by state and industry; your quote will show the exact figures.
The charge rate, opened up. Their pay, then super, payroll tax and workers' compensation, then our margin. We work out payroll tax at the regional Queensland rate, and WorkCover at its 2026-27 average.
Taking a temp on permanently? No fee once they've worked 520 hours with you. Before that, the fee's in your agreement, shown up front.
Licensed, and easy to check.
- We hold a Queensland labour hire licence. The number's in the footer, and you can check it on the state's public register.
- Using an unlicensed provider is an offence for the business that hires them, too, so check before you sign with anyone.
- We report to the regulator every six months, as licensed providers must.
Same job, same pay. If the Fair Work Commission makes a regulated labour hire arrangement order for your workplace, the people we place get at least what you pay your own staff for the same work. We'll work out the right rate with you.
Short jobs. Orders generally don't cover arrangements shorter than three months, but ask us: the details depend on the order.
Safety, shared properly.
We and you both have duties for the people we place. Here's how we split them.
A visit or a call through the risks, and the tickets and PPE the job needs.
A site induction, the people to ask, and where the first aid kit is.
A call to them and to you. Anyone can stop work they believe is unsafe, and we back them.

How fast can you fill a role?
Labour hire often within a day or two from people already registered and inducted. Permanent roles take two to four weeks.
Do you place FIFO crews?
Yes, for shutdowns and ongoing rosters, with mine site inductions and medicals arranged before they fly.
What if someone doesn't work out?
For permanent placements, a free replacement if they leave in the first 90 days. For labour hire, tell us and we'll swap them, no charge for the day.
