- Stairs, lifts and long driveways change the time. Tick stairs if there's no lift at either end.
- If a truck can't park within 20 metres, say so in your request; we'll plan a shuttle.

Most removalists only insure their trucks. We're no different, so if your things are worth more than you'd want to replace yourself, consider transit insurance. Ask us for our certificate of currency.
Check your home and contents policy. Some cover goods in transit; some don't. Ask your insurer before you buy twice.
