Before you start.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans renew monthly; yearly plans renew yearly with an email 30 days before. Cancel online anytime.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you 3 days before. If you don't add a card, your account pauses; nothing is charged.
Do casuals count?
Yes, anyone on the roster counts as a staff member. Managers who don't work shifts are free.
Are award rates guaranteed?
We update rates each 1 July and when awards change, but they're a guide: check the award and the Fair Work Ombudsman's pay tools for your situation.
