Sample fees for this template, including GST where it applies. Medicare rebates usually don't apply to telehealth with a clinic you haven't seen in person.

When you pay

We take card details when you book and charge only once the appointment has happened.

Cancelling

Within 24 hours, we charge half the fee, unless you're unwell or something urgent came up. Just tell us.

If we can't help

If the doctor decides early that telehealth isn't right for you, the appointment is free.
