What we need on the script
Complete scripts leave the same day.
Scripts missing details wait for a call back. These are the ones we see most often.
- Patient's full name, address and date of birth
- Your prescriber number and signature (or valid electronic equivalent)
- Directions and quantity, and the number of repeats
- Any approval or authority reference the medicine requires
- A contact number we can reach you on in hours
