If something's not right.
- Tell us first: call the service line or email. We aim to sort it within ten business days.
- If you're not satisfied, the Queensland Office of Fair Trading can help.
- Electrical safety worries go to the Electrical Safety Office, straight away.
Your warranty stays yours. Product warranties are with the maker, and we'll handle the claim for you.
