Keel · About and licences
Licensed, insured and on the record.
Keel is six tradespeople and an office manager in West Gosford. Every one of us who works on your place holds the licence for that work, and every licence is listed here for you to check.
Numbers are placeholders in the template. Add the real contractor licence numbers before launch; NSW requires them on advertising.
Small on purpose.
Big enough to answer the phone at 3am, small enough that the person who quotes the job is the person who does it.
Sample figures for the template. Replace with the business's own history and headcount.
The people who turn up.
You'll get a text with your tradie's name before they arrive. These are the names you'll see.
Dana Keel Owner · plumber, drainer, gasfitter
Started Keel after twelve years with a Gosford builder. Still quotes most hot water jobs herself.
Tom Reyes Plumber and drainer
Blocked drains and the camera van. Will show you exactly which tree root did it.
Aisha Bello Plumber, third-year apprentice
Works alongside Dana and Tom, and is the reason the van is always tidy.
Marcus Lee Electrician, switchboards and EV
Upgrades two or three old fuse boards a week. Brings the asbestos test kit.
Jess Park Electrician, faults and lighting
Finds the reason the safety switch keeps tripping, not just the reset button.
Riley Nguyen Electrician
Smoke alarms, rentals and the property managers' favourite for same-day certificates.
Claire Smith Office manager
Answers the phone in business hours, books the jobs and chases nobody for payment, because the invoices are clear.
Fictional crew for the template. Replace with real names, roles and licences (with each person's permission). Photos, if used, should be the actual crew.
What you're covered for.
Licences say we're allowed to do the work. Insurance and guarantees say what happens if something goes wrong afterwards.

How we work.
The price before the spanner
We look, explain what we found and write down a fixed price. If we find something else halfway through, we stop and price that too.
Shoe covers and drop sheets
Every job, every time. We vacuum up after ourselves and take the old parts and packaging away.
Repair before replace
If a $90 part will give your hot water system another five years, we'll say so, even though a new one is a bigger job.
Paperwork that turns up
Invoices, photos and compliance certificates by email before we leave your street. Property managers get them in their own format.
What customers say.
Placeholder reviews to show the layout. Replace with real ones, with the customer's permission and a link to the source.
"The estimate said $290 to $590 for the drain. The fixed price was $410, and he showed me the tree root on the camera."
"Burst pipe at 11pm. Someone actually answered, talked me through the meter tap, and was here by 12:30."
"Smoke alarm certificates for 40 rentals, all on time and all in the format our software takes."
