Licensed plumbers, drainers and gasfitters. The van carries the common parts, so most jobs are done on the first visit.
Leaks and burst pipes
Dripping taps and running cisterns fixed on the spot. Hidden leaks traced with a thermal camera before anything is cut open.

Blocked drains
Cleared with a high-pressure jetter, then filmed so you can see roots, fat or a collapsed pipe for yourself. You keep the video.

Licensed electricians who test what they touch. Every job ends with a compliance certificate, emailed before we're back in the van.

Extra double points, USB-C outlets and outdoor weatherproof points, run neatly inside the walls wherever we can.

LED downlights, pendants and fans. We check the roof space for insulation clearances so nothing runs hot.

Ceramic fuses out, a modern board with a safety switch on every circuit in. Done in a day, power off for a few hours.
